re: Do you take “self care” days?

Nothing until 1 year with company. So basically June 1st I’ll have a total of 5 freaking vacation days. Don’t get 10 days until 3 years I think. I should have never took the job but figured some of the flexibility and other benefits outweighed it. I feel I was misled. That 25% travel is at 0%.
