Some people naturally have higher testosterone levels. How is supplementing to get to those levels different from getting Lasik surgery?

I see your point but the problem lies with what is considered "normal". Average visual acuity is 20/20 and is the same for all people no matter the level of physical ability. The normal testosterone range in males is about 270 to 1070 ng/dL which is a fairly substantial variance. Where would the low level mark be set for athletes to get approved for TRT? What would you do if the athlete naturally had a level that exceeds the "normal" range? Should all athletes be tested regularly to maintain numbers close to the average level of 679 ng/dL even if that means chemically lowering the testosterone levels of the individuals with naturally higher testosterone?
