So, are the tariffs on China paying for the wall also? The Chinese, Canadians, and Europeans are paying for the wall?

I was hoping that the money we may net over new trade deals would pay for the increase in defense spending and the tax cut. Maybe even reduce the deficit a bit.

I didn't realize that we could just take money netted from new trade deals with a country, put it in a particular fund, and use it only for purposes related to that country.

Whatever mental gymnastics you Trumpkins need to perform to excuse Trump and his outlandish claims. Sad!
