I think they can either sign 28 or 29 players in this class if my memory serves me correctly. Easy to look up though if someone wants to.

It's all above my head, but 28 is the number everyone is saying.
I just don't get because we all heard how 25 was the hard cap, period. Obviously, it's not so simple and it's above me.. but geez.. This really sucks.
