It's been widely known and totally legal by all the rules. They spot a talented middle school athlete and convince parents to hold him back. Nothing can be done to stop this abuse. It be what it be.

The problem is they have Coach Corey go recruit middle schoolers and offer the family scholarships if they can't afford the tuition. I don't know if they do this anymore, but definitely did while I was there.
