Secretary of State runoff, charter amendment, and new tax for Lafayette parish sheriff's office (40% increase to budget).

Sheriff Garber wants a half cent sales tax to fund the all parish and city PDs in the parish. Everyone is in except for City of Lafayette Police Chief Aguillard. Looks like another move to make city residents pay for parish services to me.
