Agreed. But the chopped onion must be chopped VERY fine, and not a lot. And I like a tiny bit of chopped celery, VERY FINE, to where you can't really tell it's in there.

Festus, why even bother? I don't like celery mixed in any food. To me, it dominates the flavor. Pickles or dill relish, is a must for any chicken or tuna.

I'm getting a roasted chicken and making my own chick salad with potato salad as a side.
