I'm not sure you were implying this, but you can't coach high-pointing the ball. That is a natural technique some of us learn on the playgrounds. Those who don't pick it up naturally will never be able to do it. I've played with many 5.2 40 guys who did it like champs, and I've seen plenty of NFL receivers who could not do it.
