So Raymond is getting paid extremely well when compared to other DB coaches but he should be paid even more because the fans think he's better at his job than other coaches on staff? Cool

He should be paid more because he’s extremely valuable to our staff and comparable programs will undoubtedly and smartly try to poach him.

The man year in year out has the best unit in the entire program. And also it's him who brings in the best talent in that unit !!!
