In my last couple months at my agency I believe 2 girls that reported to me were driven to tears in front of me. One was because the client is a raging bitch who needs to be punched and just wore her down to where she couldn't take it anymore, the other was because she was putting in about 18 hours a day every day and the Client was still shitting on her...didn't know what else she could physically do.
Agency life!

18 hr days? Wtf? Unless your a doctor working to keep some one alive, a soldier in the field or are working for a big money pay off why someone would work an 18 hr day is beyond me.
