It might go to the court, but the constitution is pretty clear. In section one it is specific in referencing the house for specific powers, and then lists general powers for congress.
In article 2, it is specific that the senate is the approving authority for treaties.
There isn’t a legal case to stand on, and in any case, going with the interpretation that the house can block treaties would upend 250 years of precedent.
It’s unlikely, to say the least.
