Kenner is exploding with population and Palmisano group is building a fancy new school. They will probably develop an outdoor market like Grand Boulevard within the next four years.

I highly doubt this. There isn't demand in Kenner for this. This especially would hold true if Clearview Mall pulls off a redevelopment.

Adding Target as an anchor was a big get for Esplanade and is probably why they're not more "dead" at the moment. I was surprised The Grand built an entirely new building for their theater instead of renovating one of the closed anchors.
