Anyone try this before? I was tempted but wanted to get something I knew would not create a bunch of smoke.

I haven't used any lately, but it used to be well regarded.

Takes a little longer to light, but produces less ash.

Hard to light, but very good for a long, slow cook. Often has huge pieces in the bag.

I use the bag next to it... Rockwood, it’s 100% Missouri hardwood. It can burn both hot and long. The wicked is also very good. Either or and you’d be fine.
