There are a ton of farm raised oysters being distributed by Bon Secour, but far and away the best oysters are Navy Cove out of Ft Morgan.
Luke’s has them in Nola, and they have absolutely ruined “regular” oysters for me.
Medium size, super salty, and super clean.
A poster on here is one of the owners and runs Sassy Bass in Ft Morgan, where you can also get them.

They aren’t just farm resided, they’re off-the-bottom oysters that are continually flipped over so the specimen comes out small and deep instead of wide and flat...but being from a different point in the water column makes most of the flavor difference.
I’m sure everyone knew this, it’s just worth restating in a MP oyster thread.
