yeah, that's one way to put it.

Incompetence is another.

I'll remind you, Without the LSU brand to get NFL talent, He won 1 bowl game out of 4 years at Oklahoma ST. One year he didn't even make a bowl game. Even though there are so many of them.

That wasn’t bad luck. It was poor recruiting, development, etc. It was of his own making. “Even a blind squirrel finds a nut” did not apply to Les and quarterbacks.
