Then why hire Ensminger? To save money? Because saving money and winning doesn't go together.
But based off of what I've seen, I think he wants a modern offense. He just doesn't have the right person to do it.

No leash and couldn’t risk another Canada situation and/or struggles implementing and teaching a young offense when it would be 3rd OC n as many years. Ensminger was the safe hire and I understand why but will he realize he needs more to win a championship
