That game still makes me mad. All Sumlin and Mazzone had to do was run the fricking ball three straight times with the play clock at 1 on every single possession from there on out and A&M would have won. They could have been 3 and out the rest of the way doing that and it still would have been enough to stop UCLA's comeback.
Instead... LEST HAVE A TRUE FRESHMAN KEEP PASSING WHILE ROCKING A HURRY UP NO HUDDLE!!! NEVER MIND THAT OUR TWO RBS COMBINED FOR OVER 300 YARDS AND 5 TDS!! PASS PASS PASS!!!!
