STTDB is not exactly my style of general purpose zinger. It feels awkward telling people (except for Gumps, OU or ND fans) that. Why would I demand someone fellate Mike the Tiger, instead of blowing me? Insanity I tell you! I yelled STTDB at one my neighbors and he had trouble even parsing it. But that's all irrelevant.
Music is special, and lyrics have a license to forgo sense and reason. Especially battle-hymns, and Neck is one for the latest incarnations of the Fighting Tigers.

If you attended the university you are a Tiger and therefore are in fact inviting the opposing team (or their fans) to blow you.
