That is a fence that is in Mexico and on the other side is Mexico. The US fence is to the north of the shitty Mexican fence. The US fence is taller and has huge lights that go down the fence for miles and is highly patrolled. That’s why in the pic’s you can see Mexican officials in neon green not doing anything.
People don’t want to cross there because the water is basically sewage and the sand is not much better.
