I am not arguing just to argue, but we have execution issues that probably trump scheme....and that is coaching.

It is a running joke, but look at the screens. They are laughably bad, there is ZERO way they are being run correctly, something is waaayyyyy off, yet it is not corrected. This has nothing to do with personnel.

I say that to say, we dont need another voice, we need someone to insure the plays are run correctly and a vision on how to set them up. This person needs autonomy.

I think this is the point we're all trying to make.

Whether its scheme or execution, both are a coaching issue not a player issue. The talent is there. Its the coaches job to teach them HOW to execute and its the coaches job to develop a scheme that highlights the players strengths while minimizing their weaknesses and putting them in a position to move the ball and score points EVEN when the other team has the talent advantage.

For a football program to have a 4 year recruiting class average ranking of #7-#9(top 6%) and be 104 of 129(bottom 20%) FBS teams in total offense, is a fricking travesty. But to do it for 10 years in a row?!

Thats unparalleled.
