I have no idea what you’re talking about, but I like that you sound reasonable and are looking for a technological way to make voting less prone to fraud.

Blockchain technology is what crypto currencies like bitcoin use.

I’ll attempt to explain it the best I can. Imagine a train of a certain length of cars. Each car represents a vote. If a voting machine wants to add a new vote or “car” to the end of the train it has to verify all the previous votes or “cars” down the length of the train. This ensures that the history of transactions or votes can’t be altered.

The various voting machines would be doing this instantaneously around the country. And the entire time it is essentially creating a ledger or record of all the votes across the country.

Crypto currency is designed to handle millions of transactions per second (if not more) so it’s more than capable of handling all the votes in the country.
