Also a good one, my parents always really pushed for me to go to college. Which did turn out well... But, I think this is a poor approach with kids. I think you should point them to pursuing something they are good at that is a area they can be financially successful in.
I love Mike Rowe and his philosophies. There are a ALOT of good jobs that pay well that are trade oriented instead of degree oriented.
