I lived in EADO for 5 years. There’s been some growth, but it’s just too hard to push the less desirable population out. That, and the city refuses to do anything about the out of control homeless population.

From my time in EaDo, a lot of the businesses clinging on over there are a problem. Not too many people want to move in between the pipe yard and the bus repair shop working 24/7.

They cleaned em out under the 59 overpass at buffalo bayou. Word is the housing development next to there is gonna get torn down
