MIne actually don't. I work at a church, where I'm surrounded by people who support the Democratic party's current approach of support everyone, at any cost.
I'm much more fiscally conservative, so I tend to vote Republican. I believe that government mandated handouts and programs don't really count as someone upholding their "Christian" duty to help the poor and oppressed, so I have no issues not supporting that agenda.
Don't know if that makes much of any sense, but I'm for smaller government influence; instead, let's let people actually make a difference if they care as much as they say they do.
