Depends on your definition of illegal. Is it specifically listed, no. Does it meet fda standards, please not.

My question is the young man who reached out going to get in trouble. I couldn’t find it on the DEA schedule. But I told him no, but I know he won’t listen.

No he be won't. It's not illegal at all. Just doing it is dshea compliant.

He hasn’t been in trouble. I’m not familiar with rules for competition. I don’t want him to f himself up just trying to lift.
