There is also a good WWII museum near Les Invalides. I saw it some years ago. You can see the best one in New Orleans. The real WWII sites are in Normandy which you can't do justice to on a day trip. We are spending a few days there next year.

I look into it. Also, would anyone recommend a good place to book a flight from MSY or BTR? I checked Skyscanner and have found decent prices in Jan 2019 and Feb 2019.
