This is a heinous crime. Trying to destroy someone's life because you don't like someone they know is disgusting.
What is the criminal penalty for this? How much time is she looking at doing?
How much can Kav realistically get if he goes after her in civil court?

She should be arrested on felonies and indicted ASAP and hit with a civil suit. Squeeze her to roll on anyone who was involved in the scheme.
