Some clubs do their own booking, some use agents
Depending on the artist's status or draw, they could get a minimum guarantee plus or versus the door or percentage of the door or any of those things by themselves
If there's a booking agent involved, he'll take a percentage from either the band or the club, depending on the arrangement
Sounds like these guys have management/booking representation built in
