Okay, if excellent food/drink are high on your list, I'm gonna suggest you stay away from Caribbean all inclusives. If you really, truly are headed to a stretch in life where a two-week vacation will be impossible (law school, deployment, crazy career track like IB for a few years), then a Euro destination moves higher up on the list.

Go on a food spree in Paris.....forget laying by some boring pool (doesn't all blue water look the same after a day or two), and book a suite at a great hotel w/spa. You can do as much or as little as you'd like, with a ridiculous array of good food throughout Paris. The money you'd spend on an overwater villa can be spent in wine bars, on steak frites, and as many croissants, macarons, and crazy good pastries all over town.

Spend five or six days in the city, then head out to Champagne country around Reims for a few days. Stay someplace like Chateau les Crayeres: LINK

None of that sounds remotely stressful to me. (But I got married at SF City Hall, so I have no use for weddings, LOL)
