My 24 year old nephew was killed in a head on collision in rural Michigan Sunday morning.
Although Tyler never ever had the opportunity to visit Louisiana he was a staunch Fighting Tigers fan. I kept him furnished with LSU gear he wore proudly. At an early age he was awe struck by Saturday nights in Death Valley.
Funeral is this Saturday. Ironically, his funeral would fall on a Bama-LSU game day! As if I didn't already have incentive to want my Fighting Tigers to win Saturday it would be so much more special for Tyler and his family to keep the memory of a special LSU upset on that day.
GEAUX Tigers!

Yeah. I saw the article. Sucks. I work in the ER and deal with this too often. When it is a young adults or a kid, man, it’s harder. Scares me to death that I’ve got a 16 and 18 year old driving. Sorry for your loss.

Thanks folks
It's done now - history. Yes, it sucks.
An LSU win Saturday would make that day a bit more positive for Tyler's sake.
