MLS Decision Day 10/28
Posted on 10/28/18 at 3:13 pm
Posted on 10/28/18 at 3:13 pm
All 11 games kick off simultaneously around 3:45 CT. Coverage on FS1 starts at 3:30 CT.
Every single game has meaning, with one or both teams competing to either make the playoffs or improve their seeding. Five teams in each conference have clinched playoff spots, leaving only one remaining.
In the West, the LA Galaxy must win against Houston today, or RSL gets the 6th seed. In the East, the Columbus Crew host Minnesota, with a win securing their spot.
The Supporters Shield will also be decided today. Atlanta holds a one-point lead over New York, but the pressure will be on them to win, with the Red Bulls likely to trash an awful Orlando team.
Don’t forget that in MLS, wins is the first tiebreaker instead of GD.

I just can't feel that hopeful without Almiron, Carleton, Bello, Villalba on the bench, and McCann on the field.

Teams really need to chill out with this smoke shite.

McCann is such a waste of space and money. For the love of god I hope this is his last season.

LA Galaxy have scored. They’re in the playoffs, if they win. Two goals by Ola Kamara.
I would love to see El Trafico in a 3 vs 6 knockout game.

Thunderbolt by Roger Espinoza puts Sporting KC up 1-0. They will be the top seed in the West no matter what if they win.
This opens up the door for Dallas to be the #2 seed.

MLS really needs to fix how they use VAR.

For real. Ban this smoke shite.
When the box looks like it's in a fog, you have a problem.

Harsh penalty call against Kansas City. Red card on Seth Sinovic for handball, and Vela converts the penalty. Looked like it hit his chest to me.
Columbus scores, and Houston pulls one back in Los Angeles.

SKC score a nice goal to re-take the lead.

Houston ties it up 2-2. Galaxy need to win.
This has a Zlatan playoff-clinching goal all over it. For TV ratings, the league wants Zlatan and the Galaxy in the playoffs instead of tiny RSL.

Houston scores again. Galaxy in big trouble now. They need two goals to win.

Looks like more Atlanta sports heartbreak. Down 3-1 to Toronto and the Red Bulls are winning. I don’t feel confident in them making a deep playoff run. They haven’t ended the season well, and Tata is leaving.

You'll see a different team once they get to the playoff game.

Almiron should be back. Villalba will be back. Garza will be back. McCann probably won't play.
