Said it before and after the game. State has the best defense in the SEC.
Simmons and Sweat are known but Willie Gay and Leo Lewis are good LB's and they have a guy at S that is an NFL starter.
Big win. If only we didn't get buttfricked on the Devin call

There was some Aggie twit on SEC rant saying LSU wasn't good but we were merely exposing bad teams. I'm going to bump that thread once the SEC rant opens.

LSU leads the FBS in FGs, ALA leads in TDs. It was not just that game.
In the last 3 games in Oct LSU has 11 FGs and 5 TDs, avg 24 pts/game.
ALA over that period has 21 TDs 4 FGs, 54 pts/gm.

We got up on MSU early due to our d. MSU wasn’t going to move the ball on us. Sure it would have been fun to do more on offense, but no need to do anything to risk putting our d in a bad situation.

Removing LSU;
Miss St jumps from 4 to 1
UGA jumps from 12 to 6
UF stays at 20
Removing Bama;
Mizzu jumps from 80 to 67
Tennessee jumps from 86 to 63
Arkansas jumps from 102 to 86
Basically Alabama has played really bad defenses while LSU has played top tier defenses.
This is also by far the worst rush defense Saban has had this decade so I feel like LSU needs to take advantage of that and play keep away. We need to run a lot of read option and RPOs. Tua WILL look human vs LSU's defense, and we just need to hope they don't run the ball a lot.

And we played Florida, Georgia and Mo St. All top tier defenses and Bama has yet to play any defense rated in the top 25. If youre going post stats do it the right way
