Let’s just call it what it really has become...a medical fund.
It is something almost no different than a Ponzi Scheme where money goes in and comes out at the same time for those who need it.
Also, medical care is also a contract between you, the doctor, and insurance company to receive services at certain rates, think of it as a school fundraiser pizza card. Instead of paying full price for a pizza, you only have to x because of your card.
