well, my assumptions are based on the fact that it would be virtually impossible to find 100 ISIS terrorists in a large group of people in that country. I highly doubt they've processed people that well.

Alright, we can quibble over this but the larger point I was trying to make is that the premise of the OP - that Guatemala captured ISIS - is, more than likely, fake news. Regardless of whether is was covered or not.
Face it, the President picked a nice even number (100) and then said, yeah, we got 100 guys who, uhh, had ISIS connections and stuff.
