He made a deal with the state and had to agree to leave a one year restraining order in place in exchange for a nolle pros.

I'm not going to argue semantics of the law with you on the internet. He is innocent until proven guilty. He was never found guilty by a judge or jury. Don't act like what happened with his case is uncommon. You and I know each other and we both know that happens every day in court.

Tell all my old pals I said hi. I'll be in NOLA to contest my $2,000 S&WB bill on Monday. I'm sure the administrative hearing is a sham but I'm going to give it my best shot. I might stop by the old stomping grounds and show my face

On the S&WB stuff, they sent me and my wife a $2k bill after our normal Bill was $150. They told me I must have broken pipes. We sold our house and had 2 separate video inspections of all pipes done and have no breaks. I also printed out 3 years of water usage to show them. If it's not a complete sham of a hearing they should be amenable to working with me on a resolution
