Many of those QBs either played post Ty Law rule (it was already a rule but it was rarely enforced).

Food for thought:
Because this is a saints board, 20 years from now when Goff has 600 TDs and 90,000 passing yards, some young hooligan, possibly WCA’s son, will be posting on here: look at Brees turnover numbers vs Goff and they technically played during the same era because their careers barely intersected! Goff’s passer rating shits on Brees!
