That concept is too complex for that poster apparently. Let’s not stress him out trying to grasp that this actually happens quite frequently.

Also.....if a HCW (healthcare worker) is caring for someone with nasty germs....per isolation protocols they would be gowning and gloving up (maybe a mask or respirator if something spread by droplet or airborne) beforehand so they don’t get it on their scrubs and spread it around.
