That's not a knock by the way, Brees obviously is a master of the position.
Without the team fielding the worst defense in the league year after year, the saints and Brees have multiple rings.

it's not like putting Joe Montana at 1 is a hugely controversial pick. He's widely considered either the GOAT or in that highest tier.

Just the other night, he told CSP to make a substitution because Taysom Hill hadn't been in on the play they were calling during practice.
Think about that for a second...he gets the play and immediately remembered that one of the receivers hadn't run that play in practice.
