A VAST majority of the kids who play 4 games and redshirt are not going to transfer
These teams will need to figure out how to recruit middle of the pack QBs and develop them into solid backups. It'll be even more difficult to roster 2 potential NFL QBs.
If transferring gets out of hand, I'll have no problem with coaches doing what they can to keep some of these kids.

boohoo, so 4/5 star talent spreads from the top programs to middle of the pack schools. This is good for parity.
