Gave us a loaner
Warning for others.
Someone I know used a loaner for one day, maybe 15 miles total, and when she brought it back they discovered a small chip in the windshield. Charged her $420 for a new windshield.
Not to mention they tried to upsell her with a'fuel injector flush', among other things. Most dealership service departments are garbage and prey on those who don't know much about cars.

Fuel injection cleaning is actually a real thing , and perhaps it is you who doesn't know what they are talking about.
Now, whether that is necessary on a particular vehicle or not, who can say, but it is a real thing.

took my truck for an oil change at the local chevy dealership because they had a special for full synthetic and filter for $29.99. I put maybe 5,000 miles per year on my truck so I typically take to the dealership since I only change it once per year. Get there and about 10 minutes later service rep comes in with a cabin air filter which is nasty as hell and says that mine needs to be changed. I told him not to do it. He asked why and I told him that I would change it myself just like I did the day before I brought it in which I do before every oil change along with the engine air filter. He knew he was busted and didn't say anything else. I do not totally fault the service rep because he is doing what he is being told by upper management. My wife typically makes me take her car in because they would pull the wool over her eyes quickly for blinker fluid.
