40k miles.

Either way, on a non luxury vehicle this should be... at the most, I would say a $600 job. But dealer service departments bend you over the counter.

A friend of mine had to get a back bumper for his Yukon several years ago. It was going to cost him $1400 at the dealership so he was looking around online and was talking to a coworker whose husband worked for a GMC dealership. She asked if he could order one for it that would be cheaper. He said he would order it and sell it to him at cost.. It cost him $200..So markups at dealerships are ridiculous.

The 1400 probably included color match painting as well.
