Sounds like she is trying get a free trip on tax payer money if you ask me.. She is thinking saying she will not travel that GOP will some how setup a flight for her.. IMHO they should say its going on money you be here or not after that the case will be done..

Isn't that kind of normal...if you don't show up for the court date, you forfeit the case whether you're the accuser or the defendant?
