No, they haven't. Like many times before, they have done nothing but shoot themselves in the foot. When, not if, Kavanaugh is appointed to SCOTUS, they've done nothing but officially given this man a vendetta against them. He may have been impartial to this point in his career, but going after a man's character, life, and legacy is hard for any human to ignore.
Congrats Democrats; y'all just may be more stupid than even your biggest critics thought you were.
