What do you consider old. Pizolata originator was selling vegetables out of a cart on Airline Hwy in the late 60s-70. Saurage family were immigrants 3 generations ago early 1900s. I consider old money connected to french and Spanish settlers. Your list is made up of 20th century.

Real old money is at least 100 years old and generally very quiet. Usually made before the Civil War in trades of a different era. I know a family in banking and real estate who made it from growing hemp in the "age of sail". Very quiet and unassuming but still very wealthy.
