And I'm with you there.
We are TD. We can change the world. Hell, we practically solved the Mickey Shunick case in 1 week.
Let's define the consideration parameters of ruling a pass as a drop:
-Player was wide open & the ball was thrown into the catchable area of the hands/body
-Ball passed through both hands with contact
Etc.
