Boh Bros will sub the bridge/elevated work which they are very good at. James can handle it and remember Austin Road and Bridge came in here, fricked up I-10 and was booted out. Not all out of town road builders are the same.

The work has to be bid out. It can't be bid out until the plans and specs are done.
