What’s the danger in bringing him in? Bad PR?

The danger of bringing him in is never having another live tiger mascot again. Would it be worth it?

The vet school says to much stress plus they want him on display in his habitat on game days. They would have to load him early am and then all those people that visit the habitat wouldn't have anything to look at.

I really enjoyed it every time he was brought into the stadium...and also enjoy hearing opposing players tell about seeing him parked in front of their entrance tunnel.

However, since tigers are critically endangered and also pretty dangerous animals to have around people, I think there is just too much to lose to be worth the risk. If the tiger or any person were to be hurt in any way as a result of bringing him in, it would be an absolute public relations nightmare.
