No one is arguing he didnt. Thats not the issue. It just happened after Marcus intercepted it. Which is legal.

Yeah the split second it touched Williams hands (not when he gains possession) Crawley can literally tackle the receiver (in a legal way, so no block in the back, leading with the head, etc.).
