It's such bullshite that Bama pretty much gets an automatic playoff spot because of their reputation and what they've done in past years. Leaving out teams deserving of a spot that have accomplished more than them that given year.

So, who are these fictional teams? Both years Bama got a pass they won the championship. Bama deserved to get in because they were the best team in the country - maybe second best. Quit attributing Bama’s success to cheating refs, etc. Their success is due to them being the best program - by far.
