There is nothing particularly difficult about the set up, though. That’s why I’m having a hard time figuring this out. I’ve gone through every setting in the apps, roku, tv, etc.

Did you get those speeds from your Roku? If not use something like the speedtest app or fast.com in the web browser on your phone to see what kind of speed you get in the location where your Roku is. For me I could get 60 Mbps upstairs by the router but only 10-12 Mbps downstairs by the TV so I upgraded my router to a mesh network and my streaming over wifi issues went away.
